We primarily serve residents of Tioga County, but we are not restrictive to borders.
All services to survivors are free and confidential.
We have provided services to over 15,000 families since 1986. Our residential program, which is a New York State licensed domestic violence safe dwelling, began in 1992. On average, we provide this type of safety to 35 - 40 families each year.
ANHC is open to all, including members of the LGBTQ community.
