A New Hope Center ServicesLegal Advocacy Legal Advocacy services include information about Family Court, Criminal Court and Supreme Court processes, assistance with writing Family Court petitions for Orders of Protection, custody, support, and modifications as well as accompaniment to court hearings and related appointments such as attorneys, District Attorney and police. Important information is provided about the processes faced by families in legal systems, while supporting survivors through those processes. |
