A New Hope Center has been providing services to individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and crime since 1986. Located at 20 Church Street in Owego, we are the comprehensive crime victim service program based in Tioga County, NY.
A New Hope Center offers supportive counseling, advocacy, and community education programs. We also operate a safe dwelling for those who need emergency housing when leaving an unsafe household.
